due to covid-19 concerns, the 2020 commencement ceremony has been postponed. we understand the deep importance of celebrating the graduation and accomplishments of the class of 2020 in a meaningful way, and the college looks forward to sharing plans for that as soon as possible.
体育在线投注开户students will receive 7 tickets to the commencement ceremony in their cap and gown package. the pavilion at ravinia festival park will accommodate 3,300 participants and their guests. tickets are mandatory.
体育在线投注开户graduates are encouraged to offer tickets they don’t need to fellow grads. students can check in at cap and gown pick-up or the class of 2020 facebook page to see if extra tickets are available.
体育在线投注开户the highlight of commencement is, of course, walking across the stage to receive your diploma. the dean of faculty wants to be certain to pronounce your name exactly the way you (and your parents) would like it to be heard. to help the dean, we need an example of you pronouncing your name.
If you have a smart phone, record your voice saying your full name the way you want it read at Commencement (just sound, but video is fine too). Email or text your recording to David Levinson ( email@example.com, text: 847-708-1901) in ITS. If you send it by text, please type your name into the text along with the recording.

Dress for cold weather

Student loan exit counseling
every graduating student who received federal student loans as part of their financial aid must attend a small group session where they will learn about repayment options. this session is one of the graduation requirements. this means if a student chooses not to attend, he/she will not receive a diploma and official transcript.
in order to complete the exit counseling session students will need their fsa id (fsaid.ed.gov), social security number, driver’s license number (if they have one), and names, addresses and telephone numbers of three references. the first reference must be a parent; the other two a relative or friend. additionally, students should bring the name, address, and telephone number of their employer.
Adriana Rodriguez, Assistant Director of Financial Aid, will send graduates an email with scheduling instructions. If he/she has any questions or does not receive an email by April 22, please contact Adriana directly at email@example.com.
